Prohibited businesses
You may not use ZyroPay to accept payments for:
- Illegal goods or services, or goods that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
- Unlicensed gambling, lotteries or games of chance.
- Unregulated financial services, including unlicensed money transmission and investment schemes.
- Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes and similar.
- Shell banks, or businesses connected to sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
Restricted businesses
These need our written approval before you go live, and may require extra checks:
- Licensed gambling and gaming.
- Cryptoasset exchanges and wallet providers.
- Travel agents and airlines.
- Charities and crowdfunding platforms.
- Marketplaces that collect funds on behalf of other sellers.
Prohibited conduct
- Processing payments for a business other than your own without a platform agreement.
- Misleading payers about your identity, prices or refund terms.
- Attempting to bypass our fraud controls, rate limits or security measures.
- Splitting transactions to avoid limits or checks.
